JOB SUMMARY
Job Profile Summary
 Performs advanced level of work related to nomination, confirmation, and scheduling activities for local distribution companies (LDC), intrastate and gathering pipelines or natural gas liquids (NGL) distribution.
Level of position determined at offer based on skillset and qualifications.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Initiate, schedule, review, and monitor daily nominations to maintain pipeline integrity by minimizing Operational Balance Agreement (OBA) and shipper or customer imbalancesÂ
Interact with gas control representatives, customers, operators, producers, pipeline companies and others concerning nominations, allocations, billing, imbalances, daily flow and operational ordersÂ
Calculate, prepare, and analyze information or reports including, but not limited to:Â
AllocationsÂ
Balancing deliveriesÂ
Nominations and confirmationsÂ
PricingÂ
Flow rates/capacity issuesÂ
Measurement discrepanciesÂ
Storage balancesÂ
Electronic bulletin board communicationsÂ

Education
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration, or accounting with job related experience or equivalent formal education to include a combination of courses such as accounting, business law, business communications, algebra, basic statistics, or speech and the following job related knowledge or experienceÂ
Work Experience
Experience and thorough knowledge of nomination and scheduling of gas or NGL volumes on a pipeline systemÂ
Experience analyzing and resolving issues and/or questions concerning scheduling, nominations, balancing, and allocationsÂ
Experience in use and function of office equipment including mainframe applications and microcomputers and applicable softwareÂ
Experience and/or training related to:Â
