Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
• One (1) year office experience
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Applicants that have current diabetes and medication training are preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Responsibilities and Essential Functions: The following duties are representative of
performance expectations. A reasonable accommodation may be made to enable a qualified

• Assists with data entry as assigned by Site Administrator or designee
• Assists with scheduling students into class sections
• Assists in the enrollment of new students
• Assists in the maintenance of student membership records for all grades
• Assists in the preparation of student withdrawals and transfers
• Assists with any student health concerns and administ ers medication
• Maintains accurate records for breakfast and lunch distribution counts
• Keeps student records current and accessible to all teachers and administrators
• Assist s site administrator with storing grades and printing report cards
• Assist s Principal’s Secretary with general office duties, especially greeting and assisting
patrons
• Perform s other tasks, duties, or services consistent with this position as assigned

• Internal: TPS District Employees
• External: Students, parents, community members, partnered vendors
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• This role does not directly supervise any individuals
Working Conditions: Exposure to the following situations may range from remote to frequent
based on circumstances and factors that may not be predictable.
• Physical requirements consistent with an office setting
